bridge the gap between mindfulness practice and everyday life.
Rather than focusing only on meditation, this course offers
a holistic, practical framework for weaving mindfulness into every aspect of
your life—your space, routines, communication, relationships, and the areas you
may have been avoiding. Rooted in Clear
Sky Center’s Five Principles, the course helps you create a supportive
container that can hold growth, vulnerability, and meaningful change.
