Mindfulness: Tools for Holistic Living course at Clear Sky Center
offers exactly that — a safe and supportive container to explore how
mindfulness can infuse every part of life. Guided by Karen McAllister
and Duncan Cryle, this four-week program helps you move beyond
surface-level practice into deep, embodied transformation.
A Framework for Real-Life Mindfulness
Instead of focusing only on meditation, this course helps
you build a mindful life framework using Clear
Sky’s Five Principles. You’ll discover how to create space, structure,
and supportive relationships that allow awareness to flourish — not just on the
cushion, but in your home, your work, and your daily interactions.
Through small-group connection, guided reflection, and
heart-centered support, you’ll learn to:

supportive spaces that nurture clarity and calm

healthy routines that ground you in changing times

Attend online via Zoom or in-person at Clear Sky Center

Sliding scale, pay-from-the-heart between $200–500 CAD
Between sessions, you’ll have access to daily practices,
community support, and optional office hours with the teachers — helping you
integrate what you learn in real time.
