or Insight Meditation, offers a clear and accessible path to mindfulness,
awareness, and understanding. Many first-time meditators choose Vipassanā for
their first retreat, while experienced practitioners return to deepen their
practice.
Join Catherine Pawasarat Sensei for an immersive eight-day
meditation retreat in the BC Rocky Mountains, with an online option
for those outside Western Canada. Grounded in the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta,
the retreat explores the four foundations of mindfulness—body, feeling,
mind, and mental objects—through sitting, walking, standing, and lying-down
meditation.
Through live teachings, guided practice, and opportunities
for questions and feedback, participants receive direct guidance from an
accomplished meditation teacher. The teachings are practical, grounded, and
designed to support both insight during retreat and integration into daily
life.
