Feeling overwhelmed despite meditation and self-work? The Integrating Mindfulness: Tools for Holistic Living course at Clear Sky Center helps you integrate mindfulness into all aspects of your life—routines, habits, spaces, relationships, and major life challenges.
This four-week course is led by Karen McAllister
and Duncan Cryle, offering personalized guidance in a supportive
small-group setting, available online
or in-person. Using Clear Sky’s Five Principles, you will learn
to:
- Transform
physical and energetic spaces to support well-being
- Build
sustainable daily routines and practices
- Communicate
clearly, compassionately, and effectively
- Address
unresolved challenges in relationships, money, and career
Through interactive workshops, practical exercises, and
community support, you’ll gain clarity, balance, and actionable tools to apply
mindfulness in real life. Students describe the course as a “container that can
hold all of it,” providing grounding, support, and empowerment.
