Integrating Mindfulness: 4-Week Holistic Living Course Online & In-Person


Feeling overwhelmed despite meditation and self-work? The Integrating Mindfulness: Tools for Holistic Living course at Clear Sky Center helps you integrate mindfulness into all aspects of your life—routines, habits, spaces, relationships, and major life challenges.

This four-week course is led by Karen McAllister and Duncan Cryle, offering personalized guidance in a supportive small-group setting, available online or in-person. Using Clear Sky’s Five Principles, you will learn to:

  • Transform physical and energetic spaces to support well-being
  • Build sustainable daily routines and practices
  • Communicate clearly, compassionately, and effectively
  • Address unresolved challenges in relationships, money, and career
