21st Century Tantra: Exploring Energy, Sexuality, and Spiritual Awakening in Modern Life
21st Century Tantra is a four-week course
guided by Catherine Pawasarat Sensei, offering a contemporary approach
to Tantric wisdom and Vajrayana Buddhism.
Running from November 9–30, 2025, this program helps
you understand how divine feminine
and masculine energies can come into harmony, supporting balance,
clarity, and spiritual growth in daily life.
Through a blend of teachings, discussion, and guided
practice, you’ll explore the relationship between Tantra, healthy sexuality,
and spiritual development. The course offers practical ways to integrate
awareness into relationships, communication, and self-understanding.
Classes are held online or in person every Sunday
from 9:30–11:00 AM MT, with an optional flash retreat on the final
weekend to deepen your experience.
Whether you are new to Tantra or already on a spiritual
path, this course invites you to cultivate presence, balance, and compassion—bringing
ancient practices into a modern context that supports your awakening.
