Sky Center or join live online via Zoom

Why This Course?
Many mindfulness programs focus only on meditation practice.
This one goes further — using Clear Sky’s Five Principles to help you
create a container for mindful living. You’ll learn how to design
supportive spaces, build sustainable routines, communicate honestly, and work
