Integrating
Mindfulness: Tools for Holistic Living is a four-week, interactive
course designed to help you bring mindfulness into every aspect of your life.
Offered both online and in person at Clear Sky Retreat Center, this course
bridges the gap between inner intention and outer action.
Rooted in Clear Sky’s Five Principles, the program
combines guided practices, practical tools, and a supportive community to
foster sustainable transformation.
Over four weeks, you will:
- Strengthen
your mindfulness or meditation practice
- Create
structure and routines that ground and support you
- Transform
your environment into a space for growth and clarity
- Build
more authentic and compassionate relationships
