21st Century Tantra: Integrating Spirituality, Sexuality, and Inner Balance

Tantra means weaving energies—both within ourselves and throughout the cosmos. The 21st Century Tantra course, led by Catherine Pawasarat Sensei, invites you to explore this ancient practice in the context of modern life. Over four weeks, participants will study Tantra’s origins, its role in Vajrayana Buddhism, and practical ways to cultivate balance, healthy relationships, and deeper self-awareness today.

This course is for anyone interested in spirituality, sexuality, and the connection between their divine feminine and divine masculine energies. It also welcomes non-binary individuals and addresses the challenges of applying Tantra within contemporary culture. Key topics include the spiritual aspects of sexuality, shadow work involving the first three chakras, and understanding the roots of sex scandals in Buddhism.

Classes are held on Sunday mornings in November 2025, culminating with an optional flash retreat on the last weekend to deepen your learning. Whether practiced solo or with partners, this course encourages conscious engagement with your energies to foster harmony in life and relationships.

If you seek clarity, connection, and a grounded, inclusive approach to Tantra, this course offers a meaningful path forward.
