21st Century Tantra: Exploring Energy, Sexuality, and Spirituality

Join Catherine Pawasarat Sensei this November for 21st Century Tantra, a four-week online course running from November 9 to 30, 2025. This course invites you to explore the role of Tantra within Vajrayana Buddhism, focusing on how sexuality and spiritual practice intertwine in everyday life.

Classes meet Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00am MT, culminating in a Flash Retreat Weekend on November 29 and 30, with morning and afternoon sessions (9:30am & 2:30pm MT). You can participate online or attend in person at Clear Sky Meditation Centre in British Columbia.

Throughout the course, you’ll investigate Tantra’s origins, its evolution in Tibetan Buddhism, and how it applies today. Key topics include understanding healthy sexuality, balancing the divine feminine and masculine, and navigating identity — including non-binary perspectives — within traditional Buddhist contexts.

This program is designed for those seeking clarity on Tantra’s history and practice, wishing to integrate sexuality and spirituality, and aiming to cultivate deeper relationships and self-awareness.

Participants are encouraged to engage with the sangha outside of class to enrich their learning journey.
