Ready to explore Tantra beyond the clichés? 21st Century Tantra, a four-week online Tantra course with Catherine Pawasarat Sensei, offers a fresh, modern approach to sacred sexuality, spiritual awakening, and inner balance.

In today’s world, we’re being called to integrate not just our minds, but also our energy, body, and relationships. Tantra, which means “weaving,” helps us consciously work with the divine feminine and masculine energies within us—regardless of gender identity.

This course blends the ancient roots of Tantra and Vajrayana Buddhism with practical tools for modern spirituality, including:

  • Understanding the role of sexuality in spiritual practice

  • Exploring non-binary spirituality in a traditionally binary system

  • Healing cultural conditioning around sex, power, and trauma

  • Deepening mindfulness, energy work, and conscious relationships
